Prices indicated in our website are fixed. Standard pricing applies to all retail partners.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• Please check your swaddle immediately after receipt. For factory defects, we shall accepts returns and exhanges within 7 days only.
• We shall not accept washed fabrics and tampered packaging.
• Any returns shall be subject for inspection and approval.

Incorrect Goods Supplied

Should we have accidentally supplied you with an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation by replacing it with the correct item, once the incorrect product has been returned to us unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We will be responsible for the shipping charges involved.

Use of Goods

It is essential that all products purchased from us are only used in the manner for which they are intended to be used. Please carefully read the directions on the packaging in which the goods are supplied. Products purchased from us may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in.

Payment is easy! We do accept payments via bank deposit, credit card or PayPal. Upon confirmation of payment, we shall process your order and schedule delivery.
