In the next few videos, our expert ‘Dream Team’ will take you through the 4 Foundations to Healthy Sleep. These are the foundations that help babies and children learn to sleep well. They are the same 4 Foundations our experts use with their clients’ babies and with their own babies too.

The 4 Foundations are:

2. The ideal sleep environment
3. Responding to tired signs
4. Self-soothing & settling assistance
