Your satisfaction matters. Our returns and exchanges procedure is designed to be simple, clear, and efficient.
To successfully return your order, your items must meet the following rules:

The item box must be opened from
bottom,
not the top. Damaged boxes caused by tampering will forfeit your right to return or refund.

Items that have been
used, washed, worn,
or are not in their
original packaging
may be rejected. If you believe your item is faulty, please continue with the returns process.

The item must be returned within
7 days
of purchase.
Important Note: Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same style. Exchanges for a different style are strictly not allowed.
How to Return an Item
