Delivery Fees & Shipping Options

  • Next Day Express Delivery: 200 pesos | Orders must be placed on or before 11:00 AM on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Standard Shipping: 150 pesos | Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days.
  • In-store Pickup: Free | Available at selected locations with a preparation time of 1–3 business days.
    • Mamas & Papas – Mitsukoshi BGC: 2F, Mitsukoshi, BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila
    • Mamas & Papas – Opus Mall: 3F, Opus Mall, Quezon City, Metro Manila

For any concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at help@bullseyeph.com. Kindly include your name, order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of your concern. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to the following factors:

  • Shipping service interruptions by our third-party courier
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Multiple delivery attempts with no recipient available
  • Limited accessibility to the delivery address
  • Peak seasons and holidays

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is a delivery option that allows customers to purchase items from our website and collect them at their selected branch.

Processing Time:

  • The process requires 2-3 business days to complete .
  • Weekends and holidays are excluded from this timeframe

Shipping Origin:

  • Items are shipped directly from our warehouse, not from in-store stock.

Order Ready Notification:

  • Once your order is ready for pickup you will receive:
    • An email notification
    • A separate text message notification
